We’re Hiring: Account Associate

Location: Binondo, Manila (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle assigned accounts across the full lifecycle (Planning → Execution → Loop)
  2. Support onboarding coordination and preparation
  3. Track account activities, timelines, and follow-ups
  4. Assist in communication and coordination
  5. Maintain data and documentation
  6. Support Account Managers and Specialists
  7. Prepare Invoice for client-sending
  8. Maintain strong client relationships and engagement:
    a. Conduct Execution Delivery Review
    b. Perform Account Health Assessment
    c. Drive Relationship Management
    d. Ensure Continuous Monitoring of accounts
    e. Conduct Business Reviews with clients
    f. Perform Growth Opportunity Mapping
    g. Execute Upsell / Cross-sell initiatives
    h. Develop Strategic Account Plans
    i. Conduct Account Performance Reviews
  9. Monitor follow-ups, schedules, and pending actions
  10. Monitor data accuracy and completeness
  11. Monitor timelines and task completion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes, shipping documents, and customs procedures is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-oriented environment.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, client servicing, or account management is preferred.
  • Experience in handling import, export, domestic, or permit and licensing transactions is an advantage.
  • Experience in coordinating with internal departments and external clients regarding shipment status and operational concerns.
  • Familiarity with shipment monitoring systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
