Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Location: Binondo, Manila (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting and Financial Management
  • Oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting records.
2. Taxation and Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and file tax returns and statutory reports.
  • Monitor tax exposures and recommend tax-saving strategies.
  • Handle tax assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Analyze profitability, operational costs, and financial performance.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
4. Internal Controls and Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement internal control systems.
  • Review financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper segregation of duties and financial governance.
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives.
5. Management Support
  • Present financial reports and recommendations to management.
  • Support strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
Experience Requirements
  • With 3–5 years accounting experience is an advantage
  • Experience in logistics, customs brokerage, or service industries is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage.
