Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations
- Process and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process supplier and operational disbursements.
- Monitor collections and outstanding receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
2. Cash Flow Management
- Monitor daily cash positions.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor payment schedules and operational funding requirements.
- Coordinate fund releases with management.
3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Monitor operational profitability and expenses.
- Support budget preparation and financial analysis.
4. Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Support audit activities and government reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years finance, accounting, or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or service industries is preferred.
