Position Summary:
JLT Group is looking for an HR Specialist who can help build a strong, accountable, and high-performing organization. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and supporting the development of effective people systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support performance management and KPI tracking
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR systems
- Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and organizational systems
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR, recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration is preferred
- Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using HR systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
