Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
- Process transactions with banks, government agencies, suppliers, clients, and service providers.
- Submit and collect company documents, permits, certifications, and official records.
- Follow up pending applications, requests, and company transactions.
1. Government and Banking Support
a. Process transactions with:
- BIR
- SEC
- SSS
- PhilHealth
- Pag-IBIG
- Local Government Units (LGUs)
- Banks and other institutions as assigned
b. Facilitate check deposits, check releases, document submissions, and payment transactions.
2. Document and Records Handling
- Pick up, deliver, and safeguard company documents.
- Secure official receipts, acknowledgment receipts, and proof of transactions.
- Organize and submit completed documents to the requesting department.
- Maintain basic transaction logs and monitoring records.
3. Administrative and Operational Support
- Assist the Finance Department with day-to-day operational errands.
- Monitor submission deadlines and due dates.
- Provide status updates on assigned transactions.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- At least Senior High School Graduate.
- Vocational graduate is an advantage.
- College undergraduate is acceptable.
- College degree is not required.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience as a liaison, messenger, office assistant, or administrative support staff is an advantage.
- Fresh applicants with strong work ethics may be considered.
