Finance Staff / Liaison Officer

Position Summary:  

The Finance Staff / Liaison is responsible for representing the company in financial and administrative transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining smooth communication with clients. This role combines operational finance support with external liaison duties to safeguard transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation

  • Act as the company’s representative when collecting payments from clients.
  • Transmit official documents, receipts, and certifications to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

 

Financial Reporting & Documentation

  • Create, update, and modify financial reports including sales, expenses, and collections.
  • Encode and maintain accurate financial data in company systems.
  • Assist in preparing compliance-related documents for internal and external submission.

 

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation before transmitting to clients.
  • Monitor payment schedules and support in follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Support finance management in maintaining records for audits and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in encoding and report preparation using MS Office or accounting software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or liaison work is an advantage.
  • With valid Driver’s License with Restriction A, A1, B, B1, B2
